Diving Concepts TPS Thinsulate & Thinsulate Extreme
The Thermal Protection System (TPS^TM) line of undersuits was specifically designed to complement the Diving Concepts line of drysuits. We offer stock and custom sizes to ensure the perfect fit. The nylon taffeta exterior allows ease in donning and removing your drysuit. These undersuits are water-repellent and wind proof. The moisture-absorbing inner materials ensure maximum comfort and warmth. This TPS undersuit line is available in three different weights to cater to various diving activities and temperatures.

Similar to a thermostat in your home, you can vary the type of insulation you wear to keep you warm and comfortable depending on the water temperature. Whether you are a diver who actively swims to cover a large area or if you are an avid photographer who sits motionless, Diving Concepts has the optimal TPS. undersuit/drysuit combination for you!

TPS THINSULATE^TM
The TPS Thinsulate combines the benefit of a lightweight, minimum bulk undergarment maximum thermal properties. It contains a 100g layer of Thinsulate insulation material which is sandwiched between a layer of double-sided polyester fleece and the nylon taffeta outer coating giving it a CLO rating of 1.7.
TPS THINSULATE EXTREME^TM
The TPS Thinsulate Extreme is available for the most demanding dive conditions. It contains a 200g layer of Thinsulate insulation material which is sandwiched between a layer of double-sided polyester fleece and the nylon taffeta outer coating giving it a CLO rating of 2.4. The TPS Thinsulate Extreme offers the ultimate in thermal protection in extremely cold water temperatures. This undersuit is recommended only for extreme environments, otherwise the TPS Thinsulate is sufficient

 STANDARD FEATURES:

• Special quilting ensures that the Thinsulate layer stays in place after repeated undersuit washing

• Elastic waistband, shoulder pads, 3 pockets (1 breast, 2 hip pockets)

• Knitted and ribbed collars, cuffs and ankles for a contoured fit

• Thumb and foot stirrups to ensure that the undersuit stays in place while donning the drysuit

• Two-way zipper

• Available in 14 stock sizes (8 men's and 6 women's) or custom cut

• Thinsulate^TM insulation is used (TPS Thinsulate^TM and TPS Thinsulate Extreme^TM undersuits) because this material enables slim and trim styling while providing warmth without bulk. It also retains its insulating ability even under damp conditions as fibers absorb less then 1% by weight of water
