Aqualens.gif (17519 bytes)AQUATICA AQUALENS
Aqualens, a unique tool for your Nikonos™. One of the most innovative tools for expanding your Nikonos™ camera creative imaging capabilities is through the use of wide angle Nikkor lenses in the Aqualens.

A 16mm/2.8 full frame fisheye with an incredible 180º view, or a 100º rectilinear view with the 18mm/2.8 gives you the opportunity to take expansive panoramic shots or portraits of large marine creatures. No other accessory offers as much flexibility and value as the Aqualens.

The Aqualens accepts a large variety of lenses from 14mm to 24mm focal lengths for U/W use with a Nikonos II, III, IV & V.

The Aqualens includes focus and aperture drive controls that gives manual control over these functions. The graduated rings on the aperture and focus control knobs provide convenient external indication on current settings.

The Aqualens allows for above, below or split level shots. An optional Optical Viewfinder allows full frame viewing up to 170º .

A standard high quality 6" diameter dome or an optional 8" diameter dome provide full angle of coverage to any lens used.

Specifications:
The Aqualens features computer machined, using aerospace technology, marine grade aluminum with a black anodized finish and has a depth rating of 330'/100m.

Note: Nikonos™ is rated to only 165'/55m.

Recommended optional accessories include focus and aperture gear rings and an optical viewfinder.
